A member of the Indybooth team will arrive at the rental address at an agreed time prior to the event commencing. Setup is provided as per the terms of your invoice.

  1. A member of the IndyBooth team will ensure that the IndyBooth is functioning and in 'ready-to-run' order.

  2. The minimum amount of space recommended for the booth is approximately 3.5m x 3.5m

  3. Power is required for the operation of the booth. Indybooth will provide a 20 meter cable but will require access to a standard 3 pin power socket for the duration of the rental.

  4. Client acknowledges that Client shall be responsible for any damage or loss to Indybooth equipment caused by: misuse by client or any of clients guests.

  5. Client accepts that there is a minimum charge of $250.00 for any damage or loss of equipment during the period after setup and before packup by an Indybooth team member.

  6. Client agrees to indemnify Indybooth and its representatives against any and all liability from any claims, actions, costs or damages including but not limited to liability for personal injury of any person at the event, and/or property damage.

  7. Indybooth reserves all rights to the photographs captured at the event and may use them for demostration, publication, or other purposes. Original media and copyrights remain the exlusive property of Indybooth.co

This agreement establishes the entire understanding of both parties. Any modifications to this agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties. 


The total price of services includes a 50% non-refundable deposit due at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due 10 days prior to the event. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred subject to availablity should the event be rescheduled.


Cancellation Policy

  • You deposit is forefeit in the event of a cancellation but can be transferred to another date subject to availability.
